# GoHighLevel

> Send chat leads and transcripts to GoHighLevel and let the AI book appointments

Connect BubblaV to a GoHighLevel business account. Chat leads become contacts, transcripts become notes, and the AI chatbot books appointments on your GoHighLevel calendars.

> **Note**: The GoHighLevel integration requires a **Pro+ plan** or higher.

## Features

* **Lead sync**: When a visitor shares their email or phone number, BubblaV creates or updates a GoHighLevel contact and adds the tag `bubblav`. The contact source is `BubblaV chatbot`. Existing contacts are matched by email or phone, so no duplicates are created.
* **Transcript notes**: BubblaV saves the chat transcript as a note on the contact when an agent resolves a live chat or the chat ends. If the same chat continues and ends again, the existing note is updated instead of adding a second one.
* **AI booking**: The AI chatbot checks open times on your GoHighLevel calendars and books an appointment for the visitor. The appointment is linked to the visitor's contact.

## Setup Guide

### Option 1: From the HighLevel Marketplace

**1. Install the app**

Find **BubblaV AI Chatbot** in the HighLevel Marketplace and click **Install**.

**2. Choose a business account**

Choose the business account to connect and approve the permissions.

**3. Sign in to BubblaV**

BubblaV opens. Sign in if you are not signed in yet.

**4. Pick a website**

Pick the BubblaV website to connect. You can connect one website to each business account.

### Option 2: From your BubblaV dashboard

**1. Go to Integrations**

Open **Integrations** in your BubblaV dashboard.

**2. Connect GoHighLevel**

Find the **GoHighLevel** card and click **Connect**.

**3. Approve in GoHighLevel**

Choose the business account and approve the permissions. You return to BubblaV when it is done.

## Settings

Open **Integrations → GoHighLevel** to change these settings:

* **Send chat leads to GoHighLevel contacts**: Turn lead sync on or off. It is on by default.
* **Save chat transcripts as contact notes**: Turn transcript notes on or off. It is on by default.
* **Calendars the AI can book**: Tick the calendars the AI may offer. If you tick none, the AI can book any active calendar.

## AI Tools

| Tool | What it does |
| - | - |
| `gohighlevel_check_availability` | Lists open appointment times on your GoHighLevel calendars. |
| `gohighlevel_book_slot` | Books one of the open times for the visitor and links it to their contact. |

The AI needs the visitor's name and email (or phone number) to book. It asks for them if it does not have them.

## Disconnect

Click **Disconnect** on the GoHighLevel card in BubblaV. BubblaV removes the app from your GoHighLevel business account. Contacts, notes, and appointments that were already created stay in GoHighLevel.

If you uninstall the app in GoHighLevel instead, BubblaV stops syncing.

## Limits

* One business account per BubblaV website.
* One business account per install. Install BubblaV on one business account at a time.
