# Sirvoy

> Let guests check which hotel rooms are free for their dates and get your Sirvoy booking link in chat

Connect your Sirvoy room calendars so guests can ask your chatbot which rooms are free for their dates. The chatbot then sends them to your Sirvoy booking engine to see prices and book. Sirvoy has no open API, so BubblaV reads the per-room iCal export feeds. Sirvoy iCal has no prices, so the chatbot does not show prices.

## Why Connect Sirvoy?

> [card] Free Rooms
>
> Show which rooms are free and which are booked for the guest's check-in and check-out dates.

> [card] Booking Link
>
> Send guests to your Sirvoy booking engine, where they see prices and book.

## Prerequisites

* A BubblaV website with edit access
* Sirvoy Pro, which includes iCal export
* Available on all BubblaV plans

## Setup Steps

**1. Generate an export URL for each room**

In Sirvoy, go to **Settings** → **Channels** → **iCal** → **Connect property** and click **New export URL** for each room. Sirvoy asks for a verification code that it sends to your email.

**2. Copy the booking engine link**

In Sirvoy, go to **Web tools** → **Booking engines**, open the **⋯** menu of your booking engine, and click **Install**. Open the **Booking & contact page** tab and copy the link (it looks like `https://xxxxxxxx.sirvoy.me/`).

**3. Connect Sirvoy**

Go to **Dashboard** → your website → **Integrations** → **Built-in Integrations** → **Sirvoy** → **Connect**. Enter the **Booking engine link**. For each room, enter a **Room name** and its **iCal export URL**, and click **Add room** for more rooms (up to 30).

**4. BubblaV checks the feeds**

BubblaV fetches every calendar and adds the two Sirvoy tools to your chatbot.

**5. Test**

Ask the chatbot whether a room is free for dates in the future.

## Available Tools After Connection

| Tool | Parameters and Behavior | Example Query |
| - | - | - |
| `sirvoy_check_availability` | Required `check_in` and `check_out` (YYYY-MM-DD). Optional `room`, to check only rooms whose name contains that text. Returns free rooms, booked rooms, rooms that could not be checked, and your booking link. | "Do you have a double room free from 10 to 14 February?" |
| `sirvoy_get_booking_link` | No parameters. Returns your booking page link and the list of rooms. | "How do I book?" |

## Limits

* No prices in chat. Guests see prices and book in the Sirvoy booking engine.
* Availability can lag a few minutes behind Sirvoy. Sirvoy updates its iCal export a few minutes after a booking changes, and BubblaV caches each feed for up to 5 minutes.
* Stays can be up to 30 nights, and check-in up to one year ahead.
* Up to 30 rooms.
* To change rooms or URLs later, click **Disconnect**, then **Connect** again.

## Troubleshooting

> [accordion] Sirvoy did not return a calendar for a room
>
> Copy each room's export URL again from **Settings** → **Channels** → **iCal**. iCal export needs Sirvoy Pro.

> [accordion] The iCal URL is not a Sirvoy export URL
>
> The URL must be an export URL from Sirvoy. Copy it from **Settings** → **Channels** → **iCal**.

> [accordion] Paste your Sirvoy booking engine link
>
> The link must start with `https://`. Find it under **Web tools** → **Booking engines** → **Install** → **Booking & contact page**.

> [accordion] Every room needs a name and an iCal export URL
>
> Fill in both fields in every row, or remove empty rows. Room names can be at most 80 characters and must be different from each other.

> [accordion] Tools are missing after connecting
>
> If BubblaV shows **Connected, but the chatbot tools were not added**, or tools are missing, open the integration's **Configure** page and click **Sync Tools**. Then check that the Sirvoy tools are enabled.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Security**: Your iCal export URLs contain a secret token. BubblaV stores them encrypted and never shows them in the chat. The chatbot shows only free or booked, never guest data.
