# Spoks

> Connect BubblaV to Spoks for chat-driven email & SMS marketing on your Shopify store

Connect BubblaV to Spoks to draft campaigns, build segments, and read email & SMS performance straight from chatbot conversations.

## Why Connect Spoks?

## Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:

* An **active Spoks account** (flat \$35/mo, built for Shopify stores)
* A **BubblaV account** — the Spoks integration is available on **all plans**, no upgrade required
* At least one **website** set up in your BubblaV dashboard

## Installation

    Go to **Dashboard → Integrations → Spoks**.

  <Step title="Select Website">
    If you have multiple websites, choose the one you want to connect. If you only have one, this step is skipped automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start OAuth">
    Click **Connect Spoks**. You are redirected to app.spoks.com to sign in and approve access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve Access">
    Approve the authorization request for your Spoks account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Return to Dashboard">
    BubblaV saves tokens server-side (encrypted), syncs the available tools, and marks the integration as connected.

## What Happens After Connection

Once connected, BubblaV syncs tools dynamically from Spoks' hosted MCP server, so your chatbot always matches what your Spoks account offers. If your Spoks account gains new capabilities, re-sync from the integration page to pick them up.

## Available Tools

Tools are synced dynamically from Spoks' MCP server. They are available to your AI assistant in the BubblaV dashboard (Copilot) — never to website visitors. The typical set includes:

| Campaigns    | Draft and edit email & SMS campaigns               |
| Contacts     | Search contacts and read their details             |
| Segments     | Preview a segment, then save it to Spoks           |
| Flows        | Read your automation flows                         |
| Reporting    | Campaign performance, including attributed revenue |
| Shopify data | Reference connected Shopify products and discounts |

  BubblaV can never send, schedule, activate, or delete anything in Spoks. Drafts and saved segments land in your Spoks account where you keep full control.

## Troubleshooting

    Your Spoks authorization expired or was revoked. Click **Connect** on the Spoks integration card to reconnect and approve access again.

  <Accordion title="Tools are missing from the chatbot">
    Open the Spoks integration in your dashboard and re-sync tools, or click **Reconnect**. The tool list is pulled live from Spoks' MCP server.

  <Accordion title="Shopify data tools return nothing">
    Shopify-powered tools (products, discounts) require your Spoks account to be connected to your Shopify store. Connect them in Spoks first, then re-sync.

  <Accordion title="I revoked access in Spoks">
    Revoking access in Spoks immediately disconnects the tools. Reconnect from the BubblaV dashboard to restore them.
