The BubblaV mobile app puts your support inbox on your phone. Reply to live chats, review and send Copilot drafts, translate replies, and get a push notification the moment a customer needs you.
The app is free to download and you sign in with your existing BubblaV account. The app mirrors the websites, channels, and team inbox you configured on desktop. Replying to live chats requires a Pro plan, the same as in the dashboard.

What You Can Do

Work your inbox

The inbox shows the same unified conversations as the dashboard — website chat, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, email, and more.
  • Open, Waiting, and Archived chips switch between your views. Waiting means you replied and are waiting on the customer; the conversation returns to Open when they reply.
  • Pro plans also get an Online chip that lists the visitors on your website right now. See Online Visitors.
  • Open the filter sheet to choose which channels you see, who the conversations are assigned to (All, Mine, or Unassigned), and which tags to show.
  • Tap a conversation’s avatar to select several at once, then archive or restore them in one action.
  • Long-press or use a conversation’s menu to Pin, Archive, or Forward. On mobile, Forward shares the conversation transcript through your phone’s share sheet.
  • Email conversations show the original email, including its formatting.

Reply and take over

Open a conversation to read the history. On a conversation the AI is handling, take over to start replying. Your replies go back to the customer on their original channel. You can attach files to your reply: tap + in the reply box, then Attach file, and pick up to 5 files, max 10 MB each — images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF), PDF, Word (.docx), and text files (TXT, CSV, Markdown, JSON, YAML). In email conversations, the files in one reply must be 3 MB or less in total. This works for chat widget and email conversations; channels without file support, such as SMS or WhatsApp, do not show Attach file. Files upload when you send, and a failed upload shows Retry on the message. See Chat with Customers.

Share work with your team

These features need a Pro plan and live chat on the website. See Team Inbox for how they work on desktop.
  • Assign a conversation: open the ⋯ menu in a conversation and tap Assign… to pick a teammate (with photo and online status) or Unassigned. A chip in the conversation header shows the assignee’s photo and name; tap it to change it. The inbox row shows the assignee’s photo too.
  • Tags: tap Tags… in the same menu to add or remove tags. Tags show as chips in the header, and the first tag shows on the inbox row.
  • Internal notes: tap + in the reply box, then Internal note. The box turns amber and reads “Internal note — only your team sees this”. Type @ to mention a teammate. Tap the lock to switch back to your reply. Notes show as an amber Internal note card and are never sent to the customer.
  • Saved replies: type / and part of a shortcut to see suggestions, then tap one to fill in the reply. To browse all of them, tap +, then Saved replies. Variables such as {{visitor.first_name}} are filled in for you.
  • Away switch: under Settings, turn on Away so new chats go to your teammates while you’re away.

Copilot and translation

  • Open the Copilot sheet for a conversation to ask questions about your knowledge base or the customer.
  • In the reply box, tap Draft (the wand icon) to have Copilot write a reply. If you typed some text first, your text steers the draft; if the box is empty, Copilot drafts from the visitor’s last message. In a chat you started from Online visitors, before the visitor replies, Draft rephrases the text you typed.
  • Set Settings → Translate to to read visitor messages in your own language.
  • Tap the paperclip to attach files to your question — in the Copilot sheet and in the Home prompt (Ask BubblaV). Up to 5 files, max 10 MB each; the same file types as chat files.
See AI Copilot for how drafts work.

Visitor memory notes

Open the visitor details and expand Memory to see what the AI knows about the visitor. Tap Add to save a note, or edit and delete your notes. Notes are shared with the chatbot and Copilot.

Large screens and iPhone Duo

On wide screens (tablets, unfolded phones), the inbox shows the conversation list and the open conversation side by side, and the Home, Conversations, and Settings tabs move to a bar at the side of the screen. On iPhone Duo, the app follows Apple’s vertical bar:
  • The tabs and the conversation buttons sit in one group on the side iOS chooses, usually the right edge. The Home, Conversations, and Settings tabs always come first, at the top, in the same place on every screen. When a conversation is open, its buttons follow below a divider: Back, Copilot, Compose (opens the reply box), and ⋯ (more actions).
  • Folded shut, the app uses the outer screen in one column, in portrait and landscape.
  • Unfolded, the inbox shows two panes. When the phone is partly folded like a book, the list ends at the fold, and menus and sheets open on one side of the fold.

Push Notifications

Mobile push is controlled by the app’s own Settings → Notifications screen, separate from the browser push settings in the dashboard. Tapping a notification opens that conversation. You aren’t pushed for an inbox conversation you are currently viewing. A reply from the BubblaV team opens the Home tab on that assistant conversation.
Push notifications for visitor conversations require a Pro plan on the website. If notifications are blocked in your phone’s system settings, the app shows Blocked by Android — tap it to open system settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure Receive push notifications is on in the app’s Settings → Notifications.
  • Check that the relevant row (for example Support requests) is on.
  • Make sure notifications for BubblaV are allowed in your phone’s system settings.
  • Push for visitor conversations needs a Pro plan on the website.
Live chat replies require a Pro plan. On a Free plan you can view conversations read-only. See Live Support Overview.
Online Visitors is available on Pro plans. The chip appears when the selected website has live chat access.
