The Newsletter integration empowers your chatbot to proactively gather visitor emails and drive conversions. It supports newsletter subscriptions and optional discount incentives.
Features
- Newsletter Subscription: The chatbot can ask visitors to subscribe to your newsletter.
- Discount Codes: Offer incentives (discount codes) in exchange for visitor contact information to boost sign-ups.
- Configurable: Enable only the scenarios you need and customize the offers.
Setup
- Go to your BubblaV Dashboard > Integrations.
- Find the Newsletter integration card.
- Click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Configuration page.
Configuration
Newsletter Subscription
This is the core feature.
- The bot will ask for the visitor’s email address and optionally their name when they express interest in subscribing.
Newsletter Discount Code
Enable this to offer a discount code to visitors as an incentive to subscribe.
- Discount Code: Enter the code you want to give (e.g.,
SAVE10).
- Offer Description: Describe the offer (e.g., “10% off your first purchase”).
The bot will use this information to answer questions like “Do you have any coupons?” or proactively offer the discount if contextually appropriate, asking for an email address before revealing the code.
